Hand-coded websites and honest search work for businesses a short drive up SC 55.

Clover grew from a water stop on the Chester and Lenoir Narrow Gauge Railroad in 1876 into a town of 6,671 people at the 2020 census. That's roughly 31% growth since 2010, and its businesses compete with Gastonia and Lake Wylie for the same local searches.

A little Clover history

As the story goes, water spilling from the railroad's tank fed a patch of clover beside the tracks, and the crews started calling the stop "the clover patch." The name stuck. The town was chartered on December 24, 1887, and textile mills soon made it a busy manufacturing community.

US 321 runs through town as Main Street and meets SC 55 at the town square.

Where we'd start for a Clover business

  • A Google listing that matches your website, with a service area naming the towns you actually cover.
  • Separate pages for the services you want more of, rather than one page for everything.
  • Local proof: photos of finished work, reviews, and the neighborhoods and roads you serve.

Questions from Clover

Do you take on Clover businesses?
Yes. Same services, same prices and the same person as in York. Clover sits just north of York along SC 55.
Is there a separate Clover site?
No. This page is it. Clover and York share a county and a lot of the same customers, so one well-built site covers both.
Should my own site have a page for each town?
Only where you truly work and have something specific to say about it. Pages that just trade one town name for another don't help, and Google treats them as spam.
